Love Bellingham

I grew up on Mount Vernon and moved here 24 years ago. One big positive change that I have noticed is the creation of the waterfront space which includes the skate park, bike park, and concer venues and food trucks. I can speak for everyone I know and say that this space is amazing an is such a beautiful community and family gathering space. My friends and I talk often about the waterfront space and how worried we are that is will go away or be developed over. We would love to retain the space as it is and continue to nuture the area. The thought of big condos being built over everything would limit the space for those who can't afford to live there and ruin a wonderful open active family friendly community area.
