The City completed a restoration of Padden Creek’s stream channel and banks. An old footpath was re-routed and replanted with native vegetation, and in-stream work reduced stream bank erosion.​ The project completed in 2015 improves water quality, restores streamside vegetation and improves fish passage in Padden Creek. ​
