Stormwater Code Amendments

The City of Bellingham (City) is updating the Bellingham Municipal Code Chapter 15.42 Stormwater Management. The amendments are required by the City's National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II Municipal Stormwater permit. Changes include technical updates and the creation of a source control of stormwater pollution for existing development inspection program.
